1 Select [Expo. comp./AEB]. Under the [] tab, select [Expo.comp./AEB], then press < >. 2 Set the AEB amount. Turn the < > dial to set the AEB amount. You can set the exposure compensation amount with the < > dial. If AEB is combined with exposure compensation, AEB will be applied centering on the exposure compensation amount.
The 135 f/2.0 is a superb lens for your application, although I use a 70-200 F/2.8 whenver the light allows. The lower you can get (sit on the floor) the higher leaps, tucks, vaults, etc. will look. If you can get close to the beam and shoot with a wider angle lens from low, the leaps and jumps will look even bigger.

Re: Best indoor sports settingsiyho. In reply to sparkling elk • Jan 29, 2011. Shoot only manual indoors. Unless you are in a newer, pro arena, you will be at ISO 1600 or 3200, at F/1.8 to F/2.8 and 1/320 to 1/1000. In most college arenas I shoot in, I am at ISO 1600, at F/2 at 1/4000 to 1/500.
